GCSE Results 2018-19

We are very pleased with our first ever set of GCSE results. These results highlight the very high standards that exist within the school. 22 pupils have achieved over 6 A/A* grades, with some of these achieving as many as 13 A/A* grades. Our first GCSE cohort have exceeded the Welsh Government modelled expectations and our pupils should be commended for their enthusiasm and commitment through a testing transition into a new school.

This year’s performance is a great achievement for the school, students, staff and parents and shows the quality of commitment and support students have received to achieve these results.

The school’s success has been helped greatly by the willingness of staff and students to work together after school and during holiday time to maximise their potential. All the hard work has paid off and we look forward to all our pupils gaining further success in coming years.
